Earl Xaiz
Earl joined the firm in 1980; for many years he has been the Managing Partner.
He previously left a lucrative career as a corporate
attorney to become a public defender. It was as a public
defender at the Legal Defenders Association that his passion for
criminal defense and heart for advocacy became apparent. Since
becoming a partner, Earl has handled many high profile cases and
is considered one of the best in the business. His case load
currently includes State and Federal cases that run the gambit
from DUI's to Communications Fraud to Sexual Assault. Few
attorneys are as well regarded by judges, prosecutors, and other
criminal defense attorneys alike.
